Reception staff attitude, room which had a view of the aircon units and an internal roof (not mentioned on line) and the noise of the aircon units all night and the noise from the floor above.

We chose the half board option which gave us a very nice buffet breakfast and an excellent meal with many option all included so the the whole stay was excellent value.

There were some issues, booked 10 months in advance a room with 2 Queen beds bur instead of the advertised great views, had a view of the walls of the hotel, all walls.

Dissapointed by the handling of the account as I was overcharged a "deposit" of 80% of the fare even do the acount was already 100% paid at check with additional bank charges and exchange rate differences.

Staff and manager refused to accommodate him in a different room that didn’t require steps without a significant upgrades room fee, despite them having rooms available.

The drapes in our room were a bit threadbare, we had some problems with heat and light the first night (fixed the next day), and the food at the in-house restaurant (not Tiffin Tree) was hit and miss.
