Staff was rude at the time of checkout, we asked for water bottle and were ready to pay, they said go out and buy we do not supply extra water.

Lack of privacy from cleaning staff, no "Do Not Disturb" signs on the door, no laundry facilities (despite booking stating there are), a restaurant and bar open only in the morning, the pool closed in the evening, and a large fee is charged if you're an hour late.

The non-negotiable 1/2 room rate fee for late checkout even when they're only 25% occupied is a rip off.
