The door lock was difficult to open, almost locking me out, and although it's typical of Italy, the plumbing maintenance was terrible, with the toilet not flushing properly, which was very stressful.

I’m waiting for the follow up on the response why my room was entered and cleaned with the sign “do not disturb” hanging on my door and on that very same night I can’t open my room door with the card when I got back.

The incident was reported the very day of our arrival; we were told there were no more rooms available, the problem was going to be looked into the next day, but there was no feedback from the hotel, so we continued with our earplugs.

And we did request a couple more options at breakfast to be told we need to ask at reception, we then asked at reception to be told in quite an aggressive tone "your options are whats there, if you have an issue tell them, nothing to do with us".
