The hotel is very large and beautiful and with a large terrace located on the top floor where we admired a stunning sunset over the Center of Rome and with very welcoming and kind staff.

This is the best choice every time when I come to Roma ,the atmosphère and the staff of this hotel are pretty good, of course,the location is definitely perfect for the travelers,cos the termini train station is just 2mins walking!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property again, and this time, during the summer, what really stood out for me was the service at the rooftop bar, with its relaxed atmosphere, excellent cocktails, and a warm welcome from Samanta.

Despite many complaints and request for maintenance visit, the room remained hot at night and the AC was only turned on during the day while we were out exploring Rome.

Her unwelcoming attitude made us feel so uncomfortable that when we found out the shower head in our room was loose and wouldn't stay in place, we didn't even want to bother reporting it to the desk.
