Staff are very disorganised in my opinion, having to tell reception more than once for simple actions and the restaurant staff are very rude and abrupt on the phone when ordering room service in my opinion.

Good location with walk distance to Roma Termini, not only traffic hub but also commercial center, nice room with modern design, very professional staff, we touched alarm in the bathroom by accident, they showed very quick reaction, very good luggage storage service.

This was due to the hard flooring in the corridors and guests walking past with hard soled shoes and wheeled Luggage cases.
