The location was very good, the service was also good, the breakfast was good, the room was large, but I have a comment about the air conditioning - it could not be turned off, after pressing Off, it turned on by itself after a minute.

I asked the hotel staff to arrange a taxi for me, but for some reason, the taxi arrived about 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, and I was charged an additional fee for the waiting time.

To make matters worse, the AC in my room barely worked, there was a strange smell, and the outlets were so worn out my charger kept falling right out of them.

The location is very near termini station but the street when you leave hotel to right and go up the first left is very dodgy at night, drugs being smoked, a lot of homelessness, beggars, very unsafe!
