The hotel is good for those visiting the hospital next door, but not a good choice for those wanting to reach Arab Street and its restaurants, as well as Nana Station, as it's quite far from them.

Service and communication with customers really terrible, they don’t clean the room properly and smell kind of bad, receptionists are not willing to work properly.Not able to open windows.

There are cockroaches but if you stay in the 5th floor you can avoid them, also don’t put the air conditioning below 21 degrees or ice forms on the compressor and it doesn’t work.
