I was even given an upgrade to an executive room, and it felt spacious and nicely put together.

A modest but very well-equipped hotel, very well located, excellent room and pool.

Google, June 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The staff weren't as friendly as before, the breakfast buffet was very limited, and worst of all, the pool area was under construction and no one informed us when we booked.

Google, June 2025, rated 2/5 by this guest

Very spacious and clean rooms.

Google, August 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Beds45Split

The bathrooms are a mess, beds are just rock slabs on springs and clearly someone had smoked in our non smoking room when we checked in, and it was a full suite we booked.

Google, April 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

Room is big, it was clean but the mattress was hard.

Google, September 2025, rated 4/5 by this guest

Google, March 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest
Quiet at nightcomplaints falling: 10.3 in 100 a year ago, 5.6 now511Weak spot

The air conditioning was unadjustable, freezing cold, and very loud.

Google, December 2025, rated 3/5 by this guest

Nice service, good conditions, but the hotel needs a thorough renovation, or at least replacing the windows (noise from outside) and air conditioning (noise inside...)

Google, December 2025, rated 3/5 by this guest

While the location is central near Silom Road, it's still not ideal, as poor insulation means you can hear every noise from outside, and there's a foul smell, presumably coming from the pile of rubbish in front of the hotel.

Google, July 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest
Room condition061Weak spot

Rooms are a little old yes but only in there for short time to sleep.

Google, May 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The hotel is a bit dated and some areas such as the swimming pool need to be renovated.

Tripadvisor, January 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The hotel is a bit dated but offers excellent value for money.

Google, July 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Too few mentions to judge: food.
