We were told numerous times a room could be made available, had those promises broken or disregarded by management, and this back and forth cost us a full day of our trip.

To make matters worse, the shower head hardly worked, the shower floor was dirty (had to stand on clean towels) and the heat in the room did not work at all.

Unfortunately, we found ourselves needing to talk to the staff somewhat frequently because of issues with the room, like the A/C no longer blowing cold air (a big issue when it was 90+ degrees), the phone stopped working, and an issue with our key.
