The water is really hot, so that is a plus, but the shower floor has all this glue-like sticky stuff on the floor, which doesn't seem to be there on purpose, so I slipped in the shower, avoiding it.

Also, despite having 2 adults and 2 kids in the room, we only got 3 sets of towels, and even after asking for more we never got any.

We found the housekeeping a little unreliable, I mentioned several times we were a group of 4 but kept getting only 3 sets of towels and coffee cups delivered and one day we had no towels.
