They are pet friendly and even have a "dog concierge" (basically just a cute golden retriever that greets you!) Staff is incredibly friendly and they drop water off at your door in the evenings.

Google, February 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and neat, the lobby was cozy!

Tripadvisor, September 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Staff did not care one bit.

From the friendliness of the staff, to the size and ambience of the room, comfort of the bed and seats, to the quality included breakfast at the embedded Felice restaurant.

Tripadvisor, January 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

From the amazingly friendly and helpful staff to the gorgeous room with its comfortable beds and pillows, everything was perfect.

Tripadvisor, January 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Besides these issues, pillows of this hotel are extremely flimsy and thin.

Quiet at nightcomplaints rising: 0.7 in 100 a year ago, 4.9 now429Mostly good

There was nothing about this hotel that I did not love--the helpful and friendly staff, the Nespresso lobby coffee, the beautiful room, the ultra-comfy beds, the complete peace and quiet...I could go on for days.

Tripadvisor, April 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The evenings are quite yet there are numerous bars and restaurants nearby and the Fulton Street subway station is only two blocks away.

Google, November 2025, rated 5/5 by this guest

Valuecomplaints rising: 0.7 in 100 a year ago, 3.7 now207Mostly good

Elegant full service hotel at a very attractive price with all the amenities of a much more expensive 4 star hotel - doorman, help with luggage, complimentary prosecco at check-in, fine dining restaurant with room service, high quality linens, tasteful decorations, fancy soaps, etc.

Google, January 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Price value is definitely given.

Google, January 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

You would think for the amount they charge for a room, they could afford toilet paper that's slightly softer than sandpaper

Google, October 2025, rated 4/5 by this guest
Room condition521Weak spot

Dark, dingy, old, and terrible lighting.

Tripadvisor, August 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Room was a little shabby.

Booking network, January 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest

Rooms are a bit outdated and could seriously benefit from a makeover, although they offer every comfort that can be expected from a hotel of this category (except, maybe, the heating…) and do have a certain charm.

I haven’t received my deposit refund.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest

They charge a deposit of $100 per day you’re staying so staying for four days is a $400 deposit which is ridiculous.

Also ac turns off on its own while you sleep as it has a occupancy sensor which doesn't sense you are there if you are still while you sleep.

Google, September 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Overall it was a good stay besides waking up all sticky because air conditioner kept shutting off.

The liftcomplaints falling: 6.0 in 100 a year ago, 0.0 now8 of 2981 in 37 reviews

The elevator is incredibly slow and the rooms are decorated with very dark furniture, to the point where if it's a rainy or cloudy day you will have no idea what time it is outside.

Tripadvisor, June 2025, rated 3/5 by this guest

Our only call-out is that there was only one working elevator and took a bit of time to get down to the lobby.

The air conditioning system was not only loud but also blew dust into the room and had a musty smell when in operation.

Something broken in the room7 of 2981 in 43 reviews

The TV didn't work doing this visit and the color scheme definitely gave me a 1408 movie feel.

Google, May 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

The courtains couldn't close completly which was a bit annoying because there were meeting rooms in the front building.
