Staff very rude specially the manager her name is Gehad Abdelhamid she ask me if I check out she would refund me one night , the issue was no water from 8 pm thru 3 am how ca be that possible !!!!!

We stayed for 2 nights, we first requested a room on a high floor which they said they would give us, but ended up in the 5th floor because a high floor wasn't available.
