There is no air conditioning in this hotel, it is a great disappointment of the hotel, misleading advertising, even the reception ones attend the worst, this hotel the only nice thing is the entrance.

Your room keys NEVER WORK, your shower leaks, your outlets don’t work, coffee machine doesn’t work, toilet barely fills up, the bed is like a rock, I’ve been disrespected by MULTIPLE staff, had a gentleman scold me and point his finger in my face (turned out to be one of the sales men).

Don't be tempted to pay more for the premium rooms, the selection of snacks and drinks that appear in the room description turned out to be a $10 coupon per day that can be bought with it at the reception shop at exorbitant prices and those who missed a day cannot make up for it the next day.
