10:30 PM the Security Guard closed the blinds in the Lobby seating area and turned down the lights while we were playing a card game without any reason or speaking to us.

Stayed on the 13th of December for 4 nights with my granddaughter room was spotless lovely shower the bed was so comfortable , brilliant having a coffee maker in the room so I could have a nice hot cup of tea in the morning couldn’t fault it

A couple of things that I would mention that can be improved: 1) the attached/associated restaurant Ane - we had breakfast there twice for convenience before going to the dog show and while the service was OK, the food quality was below standard.
