During my stay they never came to clean my room, waste paper baskets overflowing, did not change sheets or towels and then the front desk accused me that I must of requested housekeeping not clean my room.

If you don’t open the window it stays quiet, if you wanna hear the sound of the NYC just crack the window open lol no free breakfast, but they have a nice cafe downstairs and of course anything you’d want right outside of the hotel

This hotel is close to everything and is very close to the main attractions of Manhattan, gentle staff, room size not so big but enough, beautiful view from the window, we stayed on the 27th floor and the view looks like movies, very good

There's a basic cafe downstairs that sells rather overpriced breakfast stuff - much easier to go to one of the nearby coffee shops in my opinion, for cheaper, tastier food and drink.

When we shared this with the hotel staff, they said they are aware of the health issue, but that they couldn’t give us any clean water to drink or clean our teeth, and instead we should wait for the free ice they supply to melt.
