I paid £1200 for the room and flights and then another £250 in city tax after, they claim it's for amenities in the hotel but it is poor, I only used the WiFi for the short time I was in the hotel and was out most of the day.

On the 10th floor, where I was staying, the fire doors to the elevator were regularly propped open that means serious fire-life safety danger.
