There is a strict no-smoking policy at the Boro, however, when the front desk was notified, they basically shrugged it off as "someone breaking the rules".

I paid for the most expensive room available that night just because of the view which wasn’t worth the price because the didn’t have room on the high floors which are the ones with the view shown on picture before you booked an expensive room for a view make sure you ask floor because those prices…
