The rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff is lovely and helpful, and the breakfast is fantastic 👍 (it's rare to find a hotel with breakfast in New York).

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff, good location near the metro, comfortable bed, cleaned every day with changing towels and replenishing toiletries, with breakfast and a nice view on the roof.

The location next to the metro station and the roof view were amaaaazzing , the breakfast wasnt great it’s just good , the bed aren’t comfortable and the pillows too there are empty from inside like you are sleeping on nothing ..

Aircon in the room is pretty loud and also goes through periods where it revs and blows v cold air and then when the fan turns off, so the temperature isn't constant - found it very hard to sleep on the side of the bed near the aircon for this reason
