Whenever I am in NYC this is my go to place, the location is so perfect, it’s few steps away to subway stations and many restaurants to choose from.

Rooms were clean, the location is great with metro stations very close, the breakfast was standard, the only thing that is was overcrowded and no seats were available.

A really cute boutique hotel, quiet and calm, the suite rooms are spacious enough for a family of up to five people, the hotel staff is kind and welcoming, especially the receptionist Matthew, who helped us with everything we asked for.

Andre was very rude and disrespectful, claiming that the hotel doesn't have a roach problem and that we planted the roach in the room and were just trying to get a free night.

The only thing I wish they had was hotel parking only 14 first come first serve spots which left us driving around for.over 30mins in stead of having time in our rooms to relax before our basketball game.

You have to check your bill carefully - staff didn’t do due diligence and was going to charge to my account a car parking charge from some unscrupulous driver from Pennsylvania who registered his/her car under my room account to get free parking !!
