The room was a bit smaller than what I had thought from what was advertised, but other than that, it was a nice hotel, I would stay here again if I'm ever in Long Island City again.

We've been waiting for two months for an email response regarding a problem we encountered during our stay, and for a hotel from a major chain like Hilton, it seems absurd to have to wait months for a response.
