I was basement rooms where Janitors and house keeping people are settling the Lenin’s in the walk way, there was no place to walk in the hall way, very disgusting and Front desk people didn’t care.

We stayed during renovations and there was dust and noise, we couldn’t eat comfortable because of the dust and also there was an incident the fire alarm made us evacuate and one of my family was partially injured during the process

The hotel hosts a lot of groups of teenagers which are mixed with the normal guests, so noise levels can be pretty unbearable even well through the night.
