Pool and gym are nice, not great views.

Google, October 2025, rated 5/5 by this guest

He really enjoyed the salt water pool and gym on the 25th floor but his highlight was the amazing shower in our room.

Tripadvisor, April 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The pool is constantly overrun, by same families who each seem to have six young kids creating anything but a relaxing environment.

Tripadvisor, June 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest
Food263Strength

Another perfect stay at the Park Hyatt thanks to the amazing staff, delicious food and spectacular room.

Tripadvisor, June 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

I had room service twice and both times food and was great but oddly the hotel restaurant did not look that impressive, but to be fair I just took a look and did not have a meal.

Google, March 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The steak and eggs were never delivered, and only the lobster omelet arrived.

Was provided an entree, a cold drink, and a hot drink each breakfast for free, which were all delicious.

Google, February 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

As a globalist we enjoyed the breakfast room service.

Google, September 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Breakfast for Globalist are few option in their menu, when I asked the server what is covered for Globalist he gave me look of disdain and answered sneeringly.

The rooms are solid, the bathrooms are luxe and the staff is professional yet friendly.

Tripadvisor, June 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The service is only above average - people not working the door, screwed up room service, didn’t clean the room when asked.

Room was spacious and the hotel itself was beautiful and quiet.

Tripadvisor, May 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The rooms are incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, offering a calm, luxurious retreat above the energy of Manhattan.

Google, March 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Great hotel & obviously ideal location, however, noise from the streets can be heard clearly, even on high floors.

Room condition108Split

Peeling wallpaper, malfunctioning shades and stained lampshades are what I expect at a Hyatt Place in Kentucky.

Google, July 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

Rooms are becoming a little dated now, our room upon check in some marble areas were "sticky" (felt like someone spilled sugary drinks).

Google, April 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Worse, the room’s cleanliness was unacceptable: there was a lip stain on the mirror, peeling bathroom counters, and a concerning, unidentified residue on the bathroom wall that looked like blood or bodily fluid.

Only quip is the long wait at front desk to check in or ask a question.

Google, December 2025, rated 5/5 by this guest

Speaking of rooms, mine wasn’t ready at check-in; they sent me to the restaurant “to wait,” where you’re forced to order (and pay) just to occupy a chair.

Tried to bring this up to the management and they kept on continuously trying to transfer me.

One downside was that the hair dryer in the room was broken, and it took about 30 minutes for another one to arrive after I called.

Our fridge wasn’t working so they immediately sent up a complimentary fridge with a freezer.

Upon check out you will find the points were not applied (or were an actually an upgrade) and you will be charged the full amount of the stay plus taxes (4 days on the order of 8k USD).

To make matters worse, we were charged for a laundry service that we never used.

A booking not honoured4 of 2271 in 57 reviews

Arrive - room not ready, told I’d be called.

Google, April 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

Upon arrival, I was "upgraded" to Room 1104, marketed as a "Studio Suite." In reality, this was a standard room on a low floor with significant construction noise—a clear case of mislabeling to bypass legitimate Globalist suite benefits.
