Stay was in the Hilton Club who really need more maintenance; bathroom floor mats were discussing, looks like a low quality Hilton, a the Hilton Club floors are supposed to be the best .

**** They are doing elevator work so the elevators are really slow and sometimes you have to wait for 1 to go by because it's full.

Long elevator wait times, early check in was not available despite this being requested in advance (very inconvenient after a transatlantic flight) and charging for luggage storage made it easy to decide not to stay here again in the future.
