Comfortable bed and helpful staff, who were able to reacquaint me with toothpaste and earplugs, which I had forgotten (I have a habit of using earplugs in general; I do not mean to imply that this hotel was loud).

We had an amazing event at The Peninsula, Arlene, Lilly, Eunice, Jose, and the full banquet team were incredibly hospitable, flexible and accomodating of our every need.

When I checked out I once again explained the problems we had with the room two nights of our stay and was told that they would credit our bill 30% for our trouble - that was the third lie I was told and of course they billed the full amount.
