Kind of tricky elevators -- we had to help two people figure them out once they were on our elevator and couldn't get off on their floor.

Beware the pillow stink you literally would be better off, bringing your own bed to uncomfortable in many of the rooms only select room with Hyatt type amenities

This hotel is everything but a 5 stars, the service is awful, some days they won’t clean your room, you are listening people from others rooms and be ready to get your stuff stolen by the cleaning ladies, they stole the Hermes sandals of my wife, and then treated us like a liar.
