The air in was a little noisy - but it kept the room so cool in a bout of very hot NY weather.

The air conditioner was noisy, the pillows were uncomfortable, the view would have been better if there weren't scaffolding outside the window, and one night all the elevators weren't working (and we had to go up to the 8th floor 🥵

This place is awful, had to move rooms 3 times, got stuck in the elevator and were never issued a refund despite written and verbal confirmation that we would.

The few things that could have made it better would be: Refrigerator in the room and a door or curtain for the shower ( water goes into floor) and maybe a complimentary breakfast.
