When we told the staff minutes after we arrived how unsatisfied we were the answer was "sorry that's all we have but we will let you know if anything changes" they didn't let us know anything....

1) The timeshare room was tiny and unlike the beautiful photos in the property's website the view from the window was awful (see attachment).
