At breakfast, I ordered pancakes, which were of very poor quality and poorly presented.

The room i had the keycard had to be played with in the lock before working, the heat was not auto it was either a sauna or a freezer because I had to turn the heat off when the room got hot.

The only heating available is a nasty radiator which i’m pretty sure made me sick and kept me in the room for some days and even struggling with it now.
