The view from the hotel is great, however, the room is small, comes with no space to store your own food and drinks, and the snacks that were provided were WAY overpriced for STALE gummy worms and chips.

It's only open for a short time, Monday to Thursday until 5 pm (forget about it on weekends), and then they close around 3 pm for a 30-minute break for the lifeguard—unbelievable!

There is a nightclub on the 14th floor, we stayed on the 9th floor and the music and bass was so loud we couldn't sleep at all.

Only one light in the room worked, several outlets didn’t work, the curtains didn’t cover the windows fully, the shower was bizarre and water went everywhere, the club upstairs was horrendously loud and doesn’t close till 4am some nights.

The pool was closed, and the bar area was booked/reserved for private events most nights so the entire rooftop area was closed off to regular guests during most of our stay.

Walls chips, bathroom door was broken, furniture is beat up like in a college room, no soap in shower or sink, sink was clogged and shower floor was a wreck.
