Great location near SoHo, Chinatown and Lil Italy in the Bowery.

The Bowery is still a dicey neighborhood, however -- gentrification rubs shoulders with homelessness, the New Museum with the Bowery Mission -- and it suffers from the disadvantage of being so far downtown that it's a lengthy trek to most of the city's points of interest.

The property were having significant issues with the elevators, the cleaning services were reduced and the staff at the cafe were particularly unfriendly over the weekend.

Rooms were on small side extremely functional and probably the quietest hotel I’ve stayed in….I stayed on the Brooklyn side of the building which is quiet.
