Complaints the hotel left unresolved27 of 2851 in 11 reviews

Nice lobby, excellent staff, close to subway, but tiny room, paper thin walls, requested room cleaning- did not clean, there were still belongings from the previous customer in the room, breakfast service was very slow every day even though it was very empty, called to complain to IHG and customer…

Google, June 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

Requested more pillows but more of the same

Booking network, January 2026, rated 7/10 by this guest
