Nice rooms with ample space, reasonable rates, super friendly staff, and awesome location.

Google, June 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

It’s in a great location, staff is very kind, the room was spotless, and the rooftop was a blast.

Google, January 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

How can a staff member simply refuse a delivery meant for a registered guest because they didn’t see my full name on their system before letting the delivery man go?

Google, October 2025, rated 1/5 by this guest
Room condition261Strength

The rooms are compact—standard for Manhattan—but they are modern and spotless.

Google, December 2025, rated 5/5 by this guest

The rooms were perfect for a solo-business traveller, everything was really new and nice decor.

Tripadvisor, April 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest
Cleanliness1158Strength

The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and very practically furnished.

Google, June 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

I had a really great stay at the hotel; well-priced, an excellent location in the heart of Little Italy and within walking distance to SoHo, rooms were done tastefully and very clean.

Google, May 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Also found trash in the room that was dated nearly a month old.

Booking network, October 2025, rated 2/10 by this guest

Quiet at nightcomplaints rising: 1.2 in 100 a year ago, 5.9 now4010Mostly good

Generally good room/quiet and good sleep.

Booking network, January 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest

Well appointed, quiet rooms.

Google, March 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Noise isolation is bad, trucks and washing machines pass nearby causing disruptive sounds that easily penetrate the windows

Google, October 2025, rated 3/5 by this guest

Problems guests raised

Raised most: heating and air conditioning, in 7 of 299 reviews.

Heating and air conditioningcomplaints falling: 3.7 in 100 a year ago, 0.7 now7 of 2991 in 43 reviews

The AC is centrally controlled and there were some issues with it our first day that made the room much warmer than I would have liked, but this was thankfully rectified by Day 2.

Booking network, July 2025, rated 8/10 by this guest

AC was a bit spotty, but overall worked.

Booking network, October 2025, rated 8/10 by this guest
Complaints the hotel left unresolved5 of 2991 in 60 reviews

When I called to be compensated for my inconvenience and down right torture they logged and said I never complained or said anything about my A/C and I have PROOF.

Booking network, July 2025, rated 4/10 by this guest

What makes it worse is the staff knew how many times I was calling to have them reset the AC, yet no compensation, or for that matter a sincere apology ever happened.

Booking network, August 2025, rated 8/10 by this guest
Something broken in the room5 of 2991 in 60 reviews

The only small downside was that the refrigerator didn’t get very cold, though that might’ve been user error on my part.

Google, July 2025, rated 5/5 by this guest

Fridge was not cold , I did not complain but would be nicer for colder drinks

Booking network, September 2025, rated 10/10 by this guest
Problems in the bathroom4 of 2991 in 75 reviews

The room we had is better suited to a couple than friends because you're directly in the room when you get out of the shower, so privacy is a bit limited.

Google, May 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The bathroom had frosted door into bedroom so lacked privacy for example I was travelling with mybteenage son and daughter so wasnt ideal.

Booking network, November 2025, rated 9/10 by this guest
Wi-Fi3 of 2991 in 100 reviews

Just a small annoyance: Wi-Fi requires a fresh login with a password each time you return to the hotel.

Booking network, March 2026, rated 10/10 by this guest

WiFi required a new login every time I entered the room, which is both annoying and misleading as one might assume being connected.

Booking network, September 2025, rated 9/10 by this guest
