The style, the hotel staff and the relaxed vibe were all top class.

Complaints the hotel left unresolved8 of 2951 in 37 reviews

They refused to help, showed no concern at all, and simply told me to take it up with Booking.com instead of addressing it themselves.

Google, July 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

We complained and asked for help as we weren’t able to sleep, it took 4 calls to the front desk and they assumed we didn’t set the settings correctly so they reset it and told us to wait 15 minutes, it continued to blow out hot air and after calling no one came back to fix it.

Building work during the staycomplaints rising: 1.7 in 100 a year ago, 2.8 now7 of 2951 in 42 reviews

There was a bit of construction outside my window, but I managed to avoid the noise, so it didn’t impact my stay too much.

A lot of construction in front of property.

Booking network, August 2025, rated 8/10 by this guest
Unexpected charges and refunds6 of 2951 in 49 reviews

The only negative was that they have resort fees and those need to be just added into the overall cost rather than not be transparent.

Google, October 2025, rated 4/5 by this guest

I have a problem with the management not refunding one night.

Something broken in the room5 of 2951 in 59 reviews

Light didn't work, and the bathroom was tiny where you touch the wall while on the toilet.

Google, May 2025, rated 4/5 by this guest

The only quibble I had is that I couldn't quite close my curtains, they could have used those stick things to help close them, I used my chair to close them enough for privacy.
