This is a great location for Camden and train to London.

Google, August 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Great location for tube, buses, Uber and TESCO Expresd - for the bus trip price was excellent value.

Tripadvisor, August 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

He's far from public transport and has no services—no water, no slippers, no bathroom—nothing useful at all.

Google, July 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

I was part of a coach tour and had a large double room to myself and it was spotless.

Tripadvisor, November 2025, rated 5/5 by this guest

Although the room I stayed in was on the small size, it catered for everything I need, shower and a comfortable bed and was lucky to have a wonderful view over central London at night and in the morning.

Beds2324Split

Stayed here on a recent coach trip, it fitted our need for the break away although the pillows were alot to be desired.

Google, June 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the beds feel like im laying on concrete, the room feels like its 30+ degrees inside, fant even get to sleep because of how horrendous this hotel is, you know, you would of thought a hotel would of decent beds, a fridge maybe?

Google, July 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

The bed was the worst part, mostly due to the mattress being quite springy and thin.

Google, December 2025, rated 4/5 by this guest
Breakfast1325Weak spot

Breakfast at £15 is overpriced, the food is very basic with little choice.

Google, September 2025, rated 3/5 by this guest

Rooms were clean and comfy, one staff member was abit arrogant and the breakfast was crap cold and tasted was cooked the night before which let it down not worth price

Booking network, October 2025, rated 6/10 by this guest

Hotel room was excellent staff need to learn to be more professional breakfast £11 50 it wasn't worth £5 50.

Booking network, March 2025, rated 6/10 by this guest
Quiet at night1333Weak spot

As if a windowless basement room isn’t bad enough, the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are lumpy, but that doesn’t matter as you’ll be kept awake all night by slamming doors and people screaming at each other.

Google, March 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

The room itself was disappointing: noisy, with rattling windows.

Google, June 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

It was a bit noisy having the window open at night (room 306) because you could hear the constant hum of the central heating system at the back of the building, but other reviewers have said that being at the front of the building is noisy as well because of the traffic, so perhaps being at the…

The hotel itself is nothing special and in need of an upgrade.

Google, April 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

However the hotels appears to be trapped in the 70s, with metal sliding windows, brown carpets, no air-conditioning, and the food was poor.

Heating and air conditioningcomplaints rising: 8.3 in 100 a year ago, 22.5 now37 of 2561 in 7 reviews

Very good overall, I recommend it, although they should start considering installing AC for the summer since I used this hotel in July and the temperatures were barely 25c and it felt hot inside the rooms, those fans barely helped and the windows hardly open.

Google, July 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Rooms are unbearably hot.

Tripadvisor, June 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest
Something broken in the room24 of 2561 in 11 reviews

Room was clean, but curtains were stuck closed, no plug in sink, expensive drinks at the bar & absolute chaos in the dining room for breakfast & dinner.

Tripadvisor, May 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

For example, my mum’s radiator couldn’t be turned off, while my aunt and grandma’s room had the opposite issue their heating wouldn’t turn on, although the hotel did provide a plug‑in heater and fans

Furthermore, when I went to the front desk to let them know, the worker did not seem surprised at all.

Problems in the bathroom15 of 2561 in 17 reviews

Our toilet did not flush and we were left without a functioning toilet for 14 hrs before fixing it ourselves.

The bathroom which looks ok, absolutely stinks, and definitely needs the drains throughly clean .

A physical hazard7 of 256 reviews

They are very dangerous - the windows are over 2ft wide and at least 2ft high and there is *nothing* to stop someone (easily) climbing straight out.

Google, August 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

I had also stayed the previous week and noted that you had mice running across the restaurant floor however I was told by the receptionist even though I saw them that you had no such issue.
