Expected to have a soundproofed room but we still heard noise and the air con was so noisy so defeated the whole hope of a good nite’s sleep .

To make matters worse, we weren’t allowed to use the hotel’s best facilities because of our daughter’s age: no dinner at Decimo (unless we were willing to dine in the middle of the afternoon), and no access to the rooftop bar.

I look closer and see the sliding door is about to fall off and there is a 2 cm gap in the door even if you “close it.” Now on top of a soulless business transaction, I am staying at a place with a flooding and slipping hazard.
