Staff651Strength

Staff coudn't have been more helpful and accomodating for someone on a business trip- stored my luggage well beyond check out time, collected a delivery I desperately needed while I was out, breakfast in bed at 0730 so I could eat before attending my conference.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very quiet, even with the pub two floors below, we never heard a peep from the venue.

Since it is a pub, I realized there would be noise until it closed and with no air conditioning, we had the windows open so you could hear the people outside.

A lovely little hotel with rooms larger than we had expected for central London near the train station, charming atmosphere, and kind and attentive service.
