Our room wasn’t ready on arrival, was prepared for a family (additional small bed in the room), the fridge was not restocked, had to ask twice at reception for an ironing board and asked twice to remove the extra bed which was done the following day.

When I tried to check in they said the room wouldn’t be ready for 2 hours but could offer a junior suite immediately at an extra 200 pounds !

The room was not properly prepared and there was the remains of an open bottle of wine in the fridge, there was no hot water and at 1645 the power sockets stopped working.

Checked in Saint Pancras Hotel at 10 pm on the 23rd of April left at 5 am the following day after a six hour stay I was with a fungal infection starting in my head moving to my body.
