Way too expensive for a dirty dorm room.

Booking network, June 2026, rated 1/10 by this guest
Value4414Mostly good

I got a good deal at under £70 pounds not sure I would pay much more even for London.

Tripadvisor, September 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Great location, value pricing, very small rooms.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest

Totally understand the concept of the hotel and it’s convenience but at £250+ per night this is excessive for what you receive

Booking network, June 2026, rated 7/10 by this guest
Room condition155Mostly good

Th room was modern and very clean.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 10/10 by this guest

Booking network, May 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest

The bed was very uncomfortable very hard mattresses need updating.

Booking network, May 2026, rated 6/10 by this guest
Quiet at night2215Split

Very noisy rooms couldn’t sleep at all, staff keeping opening hallway doors on bottom floor all you can hear is plates and cutlery clanging there’s not any consideration at all towards guests trying to sleep!

Google, August 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

The only downside is the soundproofing; suitable for short stays.

Google, September 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The room was located on ground floor ,close to bar and restaurant area ,very noisy, especially very early in the morning.,very noisy from upstairs rooms aswell ,needs more sound proofing.

Booking network, September 2026, rated 7/10 by this guest
Breakfast1511Split

The breakfast omelette was a nasty microwave job with no taste.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 6/10 by this guest

There's no chair to put your belongings on, cleaning is only done every two days (the same goes for the bottled water), there's very little storage space, no phone to call reception, and the breakfast doesn't live up to the high price.

Google, May 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

Breakfast was very expensive for what it was

Booking network, July 2026, rated 7/10 by this guest
Beds2219Split

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again purely for this reason.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 7/10 by this guest

Bed had a huge dip in the mattress so was an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Google, June 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

The bed was a bit hard for me but my daughter loved it.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest
Room size2109Weak spot

The rooms are a bit small but very clean.

Google, August 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Perhaps placing one or two folding chairs so if you want to invite friends in, they have a place to sit.

Booking network, June 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest

but it was way to small, hard to get dry after shower in such a small space, nowhere for our belongings.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 6/10 by this guest

Raised most: heating and air conditioning, in 39 of 298 reviews.

Heating and air conditioning39 of 2981 in 8 reviews

No communication before hand about the lifts not working and the air conditioning, it was 25 degree heat outside imagine what that was like inside a room with no AC and no windows on the 4TH FLOOR

Booking network, June 2026, rated 1/10 by this guest

Air con didn’t work well enough either so it felt claustrophobic.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 7/10 by this guest
Something broken in the room20 of 2981 in 15 reviews

tv didnt work either, but i was able to mirror my tablet to it, luckily I brought it

Booking network, May 2026, rated 5/10 by this guest

Not much as the room was not disabled friendly as the bed was against a wall so we had to climb over each other and the shower was broken and they never attempted to repair.

Booking network, June 2026, rated 1/10 by this guest
Problems in the bathroom17 of 2981 in 18 reviews

After a very hot night I went to use the shower in the morning to find it only dripping out full power and cold.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 1/10 by this guest

It was very clean, though disappointingly, there was a smell of drain in the shower room.

Google, August 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

The air conditioning didn’t work in the room & when I asked the staff nothing was done I wasn’t the only one complaining about the extreme heat in the room

Booking network, May 2026, rated 1/10 by this guest

I told the reception but they did nothing about it.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 5/10 by this guest
The lift9 of 2981 in 33 reviews

Elevator was broken so it was uncomfortable when I had to check out and carry the suitcase, but a staff ended helping me and carrying my bag, so it made it up

Booking network, May 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest

Lifts out of order but thankfully I was only on the second floor.
