Lovely hotel - staff were attentive room clean comfy and bed and pillows like little clouds would go back for sure.

The pull out bed for our child was very uncomfortable and the mattress was really hard and you four feel all the bumps and springs.

The fact that I left the room one night before our schedule and notified both booking and the Hotel 48 hours earlier and till now no one responded back on whay we are not getting refund for this last night!
