It’s really lacking in comfort; the room is tiny and fitted out with outdated fixtures and fittings, and it’s also extremely noisy (there’s machinery on the roof that makes it impossible to sleep properly).

The bedrooms were tiny, broken air con, hair on the bed, bug crawling up the wall, damaged windows covered in bird poo, toilet smelled weird.

The bathroom taps didn’t work and the club double room was tiny, the bathroom was very small and shower was not great as had to duck to fit under it, wouldn’t stay here again

The room was supposed to be a Deluxe double it was a single at best you couldn't walk down one side of the be as it was to close to the wall the curtains were hanging off the rail the headboard was disgusting the carpet was filthy and the bathroom floor tiles were broken.

The carpet as you entered had clearly had as large section replaced, however it had not been done properly, was not secured and had a gap between that part and the rest, creating a trip hazard.
