Lazy staff, lobby is not clean, hall was smelly, food is the same every day, food selection is limited, restaurant is not clean, drinks machine is very dirty, taking a meal is chaotic, staff in a restaurant is not well organized, room has no fridge, windows can't be opened, curtains were dirty.

Very nice rooms but the beds were quite hard and they don’t have top sheets and we always had to ask for wash clothes and towels.

Rooms very warm and stuffy, ventilation system poor and window in room 243 could not open, whilst room 209 had lock system that allowed small opening, we could not understand why 209 did not have that facility.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff we had any interaction with were very helpful.Any issues were minor as we had no shower gel and the door to the bathroom was broken but this definitley wouuldnt stop us from staying here again
