My room was positioned on the ground floor close to the reception area which was fine however, the volume of staff talking and at times arguing before starting to vacuum the hallway in the early hours was really disappointing and completely unnecessary.

We then emailed and called to ask if we could fix the date (and even extend our stay!) The trip is 6 months away and they said that they could do nothing and that it's not refundable/transferrable.
