Quiet at night44Split

My room was right next to the lifts so constant noise from them going up and down , bathroom was a bit tired to be honest , wardrobe light wouldn’t go off , and the light shone into the room , and quite a Smokey smell at times , not sure if my room was next to a smokers room ..

Booking network, February 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest

The room was extremely close to the lifts, and the constant lift noise continued throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep properly.

Something broken in the room6 of 2701 in 45 reviews

When a room was finally given to me at 4:00 PM, the bathroom door was locked and unusable, and it took another call to the front desk, a 20-minute wait for a technician, and a scene in the lobby before I was given a working room at 5:25 PM — nearly six hours after arrival.

Tripadvisor, August 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest
A booking not honoured5 of 2701 in 54 reviews

For example, we booked breakfast with the room, but they charge extra for pancakes and waffles, which are what the children eat.
