Building work during the stay4 of 2591 in 65 reviews

The property is overall well-maintained despite its age--in one instance, carpeting was literally drawn up and then put back in place in the hallway in the course of a day when a maintenance issue occurred.

Tripadvisor, October 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest
Unexpected charges and refunds3 of 2591 in 86 reviews

Be careful in the bar because taking one twiglet from the nibbles which arrived unasked for will cost you £7.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest

I also do not like that I was charged a service fee of 15 pounds per night, with no explanation as what this was for.
