I have been going to this hotel for over 15 years because it is in Bayswater in a strategic position for getting around London, the rooms are clean and within walking distance there are many shops including supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc.

Room was small and not very well equipped, had to plug kettle into socket on the floor or bedside cabinet, not enough milk to make more than 2 drinks, breakfast was cold and had been standing a long while, I paid more than I usually would for a London hotel but standard was lower.

Unfortunately we got a family room that was quite possibly the worst room in the hotel (I hope), just below the entrance it had constantly people and staff walking above and rolling their suitcases, quite noisy.

Four stars for room amenities (air conditioning, EU socket, fridge, smart tv) but three stars because the room was tiny (one bed) and the occupants of the flats in the building opposite could have full view into the room; therefore had to keep the roller curtain down most of the time for privacy.
