Valuecomplaints rising: 1.2 in 100 a year ago, 5.0 now99Split

Awful and a total waste of hard earned money.

Google, August 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

The major downside was that they charged an addition service fee that was not communicated to me as the price I paid via Expedia (which was already very expensive) said all fees were included.

Booking network, October 2025, rated 6/10 by this guest

Very good quality price deal.

The room was quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax and sleep well.

Google, August 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Small compact room, thin wall, not soundproofing, had a noisy neighbor, talked loud through the connecting room door.

Google, July 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

The soundproofing is absolutely atrocious, you'll be hearing any noise from the corridor but even worse is the fact almost all rooms are connecting room with even worse isolation.

The bathroom door in our room was also broken and didn’t close properly, so it would be good if rooms were checked before being assigned to guests.

Google, May 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

When I got there, having prepaid full price, nearly $1500usd for 3 nights, I was given an “apartment” which was worse than any hostel I’ve stayed at!
