The warmth of the front of house team throughout my 4 night stay was wonderful - I felt that I was "at home." Excellent value for money and situated in a great location.

i was arguing on the deposit as my reservation is pre paid already but i paid the deposit as requested only to be surprised that they gave me a disability room i have rejected the check in as its not what I requested
