I was on vacation in Rome with my sister, I had a great time, the room was cozy, the staff very helpful and polite, the hotel is located in a strategic point for access to public transport.

For example, it took us 20 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, let alone the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.

Small room, cleanliness was good but could be improved, and a good location 5 minutes from the Manzoni metro station, 2 stops to Termini, 4 to the Fontana; the best thing about it is the location.

We had a room with an interesting bathtub, a spa, but the drains do not work, they get clogged immediately, dirty most of the time, the toilet stinks, the sewage is nearby most of the time, and the room stinks, not enough toilet paper.

Also in both my room and my parents room theres something wrong with the toilet, the seat is crooked in our room and in my parents the flush buttons will not work and if they try to flush the entire plate with the buttons just falls off.

There were many faults in the room, Dirty bedding, broken electric sockets, no plug in the basin, stained toilet, limescaled shower, bare wires on the hairdryer, the lift doors didn't work on the ground floor.

damp, cracked walls, dirty areas outside that don’t get cleaned at all in our 4 days, cracked patio window, sink with no plug and only hot water on the bathroom, shower like warm at best after running for over 5 mins and dangerous switch that was broken for the large shower head!
