Staff were unfriendly, you need to ask reception to turn on your AC, we asked for a knife and fork and they said no, they advertise a pool but then tried to charge extra for it.

The partner restaurant initially looked decent, but the reality was quite different: dinner scheduled at 8pm and served at 9pm, gummy bread and poor quality food, with two people feeling sick after the first meal.
