The actual rooms are spacious and were always clean, the only let down was there was no view from the windows and early in mornings a slight smell of drainage when opening the windows.

The pictures are very deceiving our twin room was poor theres nothing luxurious about this hotel whatsoever it was more like a budget hotel room and for the price we payed.

When we left the room by the lift closest to our room, we ended up coming out of a totally different stairway, which actually said Sophia Terrace hotel 3*🤷🏼♀️ I must admit, it was more 3 star than 4.
